Biography : Dr. Eng. Sabbah is an Associate Professor of Information Technology- InfoSec at QOU. He earned his PhD at Cairo University 2012. Dr. Sabbah is a researcher and consultant of digital transformation e-exams security and IoT. Recently he developed the National Transformation Policy with the ESCWA-UN approved by the ITU. Sabbah was awarded Palestine Scientist Prize from his Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas and the Scientific Research Prize from the Palestinian MoHE
